Frustrated with Lack of Medical Action

So frustrated. March I had pain that sent me to the hospital while pregnant. Was noted I had bilateral hydronephrosis. Had baby in August with series of complications and still had the bilateral hydronephrosis along with many other things. Today my pelvic floor physical therapist suspended my treatment because she felt the pain I (still!) have is due to the hydronephrosis and suspects acute appendicitis with it and she doesn't want to irritate anything or make it worse (this is after 9 visits with various failed therapeutic techniques). My PCP is unconcerned and will not do any testing. I don't understand why nothing has been done about it and continues to not be done regardless of pain and other medical professionals recommendations..

Why did she suspect appendicitis? From what I know, appendicitis is a medical emergency, if your pcp which is a doctor is unconcerned i wouldn’t be either

appendicitis doesn't have to be that bent over vomiting kind of pain. But the pain im experiencing along with my 8 months of confirmed hydronephrosis is what she is concerned about.
