I’m on gabapentin for nerve pain in general but I take 300 mg 3x daily. For muscle spasms I take tizanidine.

I’ve was on 800 mg 3 x a day for supposedly fibromyalgia and it didn’t do anything for me. Not saying it won’t help you, but I personally don’t think I have fibromyalgia, I think I’ve been dismissed and diagnosed with this, because doctors don’t take time with you anymore, at least mine doesn’t. I’m still searching for answers. I really hope it helps for your pain though!!!

I get leg spasms at night and started on Trimagnesium-1/daily. Did not completely eliminated spasms but lessened frequency and severity. You can get it online

Yes I’ve had same experience with Trimagnesium. I need the 3 types of magnesium. The citrate or sulfate(?) did not do it for me

I take Gabapentin 600 x2 daily and an 800 at night for my RLS. It somewhat works for me, but not when it is really bad! I am almost wondering if I was misdiagnosed or something because I hurt all the time!

I know I have MS, and just assumed it was the lesions in my spine causing the spasms in my ribcage. I might just need to keep working on upping my dose!
