Looking for Suggestions for a Good Meal Replacement Drink

hi everyone! I'm currently in the process of being diagnosed with gastroparesis. I've lost just over 30lbs since August. I had to delay getting a test due to finding out I was pregnant. unfortunately, I did have a miscarriage and need to make a follow up with my doctor to get the test. in the mean time, I'm looking for suggestions for a good meal replacement drink (powder, or liquid) I'm desperate at this point and I need to do something in the mean time until I'm able to get back in with the doctor. something that tastes pretty decent and I'm a huge vanilla lover. any suggestions are appreciated❤️

Liquid hope meal replacement. Vitamins from real organic food. Tastes likes a good soup!!! Or you can try Kate farms all organic meal replacement no preservatives and fillings but noticed that it gave me an upset tummy due to the extra added supplements. With liquid hope it’s more tolerated because it’s real food

I lost almost 60 pounds because of gastroparesis and I have no doctor or hospital to help me.

thank you! I'm going to look into it. I'm so sorry that no one is helping you. I'm scared the same may happen with me. But so far my doctor has seemed pretty good and willing to help.

I use UltraInflamX. They have many different flavors to choose from, I prefer the chocolate orange or mango. The most helpful thing I have found with gastroparesis has been taking digestive enzymes. They help your stomach produce stomach acid so you can actually process your food. I lost 45 pounds and since taking the digestive enzymes have gained 27 pounds back so far.

when I was at my worst point with gastroparesis, my motility specialist suggested ensure clear. fat is not good for gastroparesis so most protein shakes will hurt your stomach. you can also do easy research on other things you might be able to tolerate. I’m sorry for your loss and I hope everything works out!
