Anything to get myself into my body! Yoga, qigong, going on a walk. Your brain will fight you, tell you it won’t work. But I have yet to have a session where I don’t feel better afterwards.

I love art and i like to try all different kinds. I just started crocheting and it’s super relaxing. Coloring and drawing is also great. Even working out helps me tremendously

Mine is taking a hot shower and lighting a candle, then putting on music and laying in bed accepting my current situations and circumstances and coming to terms with it in a calm relaxing manner, journaling also helps me tremendously
