Advice on Graves Disease Treatment Options

Hi All, I've recently come back out of Remission of Graves disease + hyperthyroidism, I've been put back on carbamizole and it's playing havoc with my stomach this time around, I've been offered a choice of RAI or surgery in the future, I'm so confused and looking for advice from others that have been in my shoes

Can you help? Connect today

There's no cure for gravy to these except to have your thyroid clean removed or radiation to destroy it get off of that medicine because it will destroy your liver

That's there's no cure for graves' disease The only way to treat it is to have your thyroid gland removed or destroyed by radiation RAI You can't stay on that medication it will kill you by destroying your liver
