What is Gutburn and How Can I Treat It?

So, most people have had heartburn at least once, that burning feeling that at least for me occurs above where my actual stomach is. Now, has anyone experienced "gutburn"? It's not heartburn, it's not stomach troubles -- you'd feel a type of burning sensation in your lower abdomen, but it most definitely has nothing to do with your reproductive system, just your...guts. If so, is there a better, more recognized term for it? It's not just being bloated or gassy, either -- I've experienced both of those things & neither of those things along with gutburn. It's much more like a heartburn-type burning.

I have this type of burning/gnawing pain in my lower abdomen. I had an endoscopy that found chronic stomach inflammation. The pain gets worse with dairy so i’ve cut it out for the most part. I also write a food journal go keep track of what makes the pain worse

Currently been on this SAME insane Rollercoaster of being my own advocate for this pain! Thankully today was given the greenlight for a new colonoscopy and endoscopy with as many ER Visits I've had. In the meantime while I was waiting for refferals to go through, I found 2 labs that will essentially test kinda whatever TF you want. Obviously gotta pay but omg you wanna talk about piece of mind. 1st test was a genetic marker for crohns/UC and the 2nd was for celiac. Definitely doesn't mean you have it, but it's good information to have ❤️ Also did a mycotoxins test since I'm a hairdresser if there was anything environmentally messing with me. Came back stating candida albicans had a big ol reaction. It also advised me to avoid dairy, caesin, gluten, gliadins Found through quest diagnostics a candida test and now I await those results to see what's up. I know we all have that in our guts but man oh man my symptoms line up too well HANG IN THERE. I KNOW ITS AWFUL, YOU CAN DO THIS
