Newly Diagnosed with Hashimoto's - Struggling with Hormonal Acne

Hello. Brand new here. I was diagnosed with Hashimotos a month ago, even though I have had autoimmune disorder symptoms for about 3 years. Since diagnosis, I started taking Levothyroxine. I also have eaten a strict anti-inflammatory diet with no refined sugars, processed foods, nor dairy. I drink so much water, but I always have. I also work out a few times a week. I seem to be dealing with hormonal acne despite a healthy lifestyle. Thinking it could be that the meds are trying to balance my thyroid levels, which could cause this? Has anyone else with a similar diagnosis had any issues with this? If so, ant suggestions?
