Struggling with HBC Withdrawal

I just got off of HBC after almost 6 years. It was not good for my mental health or my physical health :( I’ve been doing pretty okay. Before I took the pill continuously and skipped my periods. I had no bleeding for almost 5 years except after surgeries. So far, I’ve been pretty regular cycle-wise. Wondering if anyone else has done anything similar and what supplements or meds they’re taking to keep pain to a minimum. I had two laparoscopy and excisions, my last surgery was about two and a half years ago. They found a huge cyst behind my uterus and removed a lot of scar tissue from the previous surgery from my bowel and bladder. I’m starting to feel symptoms again though. I take miralax everyday because using the bathroom is painful otherwise, a multivitamin and inositol.

I’ve been had an iud in for about 10 years had no symptoms. I got it taken out in June since my husband and I are trying for a kid. And my pain and symptoms came back worse than ever. Now I have pain daily. Can barely eat.

That’s how I’m feeling right now. 😥 starting to worry I’m going to have to go back on but I’m literally just not willing to right now. First time I’ve been off of meds for mental health. I’m just taking miralax everyday and eating apple sauces for now I guess 😩

Yeah I had to go back on the pill for now until I have surgery done sometime in January. I would not survive until then. Especially working full time like is

Thanks Mila! I’ve dug out my heating pads and stuffies. Im also gonna order some new gel pads for an old TENS unit I have. Unfortunately Naprosyn didn’t do much for me before but if I get to that point I’ll definitely try again

Hi Angie!! I smoke pretty much all day but definitely open to just cbd products as well. I’m wondering if it makes a difference! What do you use?
