I have migraines that run in the family, so it's a little hard to tell. I don't really get a headache, maybe just more foggy in the head than usual for a while.

I get headaches depending on how heavy the dissociation is when the switch takes place.

headaches for us are usually due to stress, but don’t really happen when splitting. sometimes if we switch or dissociate a lot our head can hurt

Switching headaches are awful for us. Depending on the switch it can be worse or better. Quicker switches are usually a sharp pain, but it goes away quick. Really slow switches generally mean long, agonizing headaches that take a while to go away. CBD, extra strength Tylenol, and dark rooms are my friend.

We get like this during rapid switching when triggered rlly badly, or if we switch a lot in one sitting it makes our already existing chronic migraine cause a migraine episode and it hurts oh so badly- vivi 💕

We get headaches after most switches. It’s usually worse after short switches but it goes away after a little while. Longer switches or multiple switches consecutively usually make it worse
