Yup! I try to be as proactive as I can when I notice off-things. People tend to get easily annoyed, think I'm doing it for attention, etc. I definitely am a hypochondriac, but I'd rather get tested/be sure then have something go undiagnosed for years (this has happened).

I agree. I've had acid reflux from steroids after covid and now my tounge is like this. And I've been on thrush meds and it didn't help so dr said he didn't think it was thrush

I have constant anxiety about health issues I already have, as well as worrying that I may develop a new one. Google really doesn't help with it but it's hard to stop yourself from looking up a symptom 😔

yes, ever since i got food poisoning when i was 12 ive been a bit of a hypochondriac. It's gotten a lot better though, since I've read and learned so much about health and illness throughout the years. Learning how to properly identify things and consider all possibilities has helped tremendously, and it's always good to consult a doctor about more serious concerns. There's nothing wrong with being proactive about your health.

They google symptoms all the time, always paying attention to their body to find possible illnesses. They is doing therapy and taking antidepressant and anti anxiety, but not benzos.
