Try vegan! It's much better for your health and the planet and the animals! Just watch out for vegan junk food like fries and sugar sodas, that won't help with weight loss. Keto is less healthy but it also works wonders for weight loss, the problem with keto is you must be incredibly strict. One bread or cookie will ruin the whole thing. If you can be super strict, keto will work. If you can't be that strict, try no-sugar vegan, that will help!!
