Cheese, pepperoni, celery sticks, green bell pepper with cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning. If it's something sweet you are craving I have no idea because everybody is different. You would have to try and see how your blood sugar does with the things you like.

I struggle with this, too. Late night craving, especially for something sweet. Still trying to figure out what is best that won’t screw with my sugar levels while I’m sleeping and when I wake up.

I usually eat nuts or nut butter. A tablespoon of almond butter is pretty sweet. Also, sipping on a mug of herbal tea cuts cravings. You shouldn’t need a snack if you ate enough at dinner.

I recently made a cheesecake moose. One stick of low fat cream cheese, Room temperature then beat to break it up, Add 1 tsp vanilla And sweetener of your choice I use 2 tbs stevia long with monk fruit 2 tbs. In a separate bowl Beat 1 cup whipping cream till stiff. Fold whipping cream into cream cheese mixture And use a beater to mix together. Put mixture in 4 to 6 out servings, Chill in fridge. You can add choco shavings, few berries ect. I only eat 1 day for cravings. I have Also made a pie mixture by using less whipping cream and then place it in a pecan pie shell.

I snack on cinnamon covered almonds. Keeps your numbers from going up and helps keep them that way in the morning.
