Heart Murmur - Chest Pain and Difficulty Breathing

Hello I just found out I have a Heart Murmur. Just wanted to know and I the only one that feels like your chest is about to explode. I feel like I can't breathe. Constant pain, in my chest and back. Sometimes I literally have to take a deep breath. Is this common?

what was the reason you had to get a pacemaker if you don't mind me asking?

To be honest, that sounds like something more serious than a heart murmur. Have you had a stress test?

Usually Heart Murmurs have little to no affects, it's a extra sound/echo to the beating of your regular heart beat, if you're having those symptoms you definitely need to see your Cardiologist or found another that will take your symptoms seriously

I was born with it, as a child, I had to have many ekg's, echos, holter moniters, stress test, Echo stress test, I was told as a child I would grow out of it which was a lie, I do get palpitations (skip beats), tachycardia (fast beats), bradycardia(slow beats), every now and then, I have developed other heart issues due to it

I have a heart murmur but it doesn't act like that nor do I have those pains. I do have the aeortic valve that's leaking, and I believe I have 2 out of 4 valves.
