Yes! The last 2-3 months has been insane with my fibro. It's like I finally get out of a flare and I'm good for like 12 hours and it flares up again. I get what I call tazer shocks in my legs and feet! On top of heart issues!

Thanks for all of your feedback. I've been concerned. I'm wearing a heart monitor for two weeks, and I'm one week in.

Fibromyalgia is caused by Autonomic Nervous System Dysfunction aka Dysautonomia. When you have one form of Dysautonomia it puts you at risk of developing other forms. Specifically Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) which can lead to blood pressure issues, tachycardia, low blood volume, and blood pooling. I'd definitely suggest starting by getting more electrolytes- sodium, potassium, and magnesium- as mild dehydration can exacerbate symptoms.

Finally I have the results for the monitor and someone to explain them. There were an average of over 500 palpitations a day but there is no concern 🤷🏼 I have upped electrolytes and am attempting to bring down the caffeine. But that's hard when I'm so tired
