Heart Rate fluctuates, and with Anxiety it also contributes to the fluctuations, if you are not feeling bad or having any chest pains , I would just monitor and if you your still concerned call your doctor and have your heart checked out and hopefully it nothing and keep your anxiety down.

That’s what I do. I take meds to relax and I have a pill. If it’s really bad I’ve had a worse night and really have no one to talk to you. I’m by myself you know my wife goes down and help solve my sister all the time so it sucks being by yourself.

I mean I feel tired because I haven’t slept good in three days. I keep waking up to 3 o’clock in the morning last night was 2 o’clock. My chest doesn’t hurt. It just feels tight I think from the anxiety and I’m just relaxing now it’s nice to talk to someone about you feel better you know.

follow up with your doctor and if it found to be just anxiety try finding something you like to do trying clearing your thoughts and get some sun during the day , watch the cloud and just listen to the environment around you , relax and see if that helps
