I use an Apple Watch and I find it to be pretty accurate! You can also get apps that will alert you when you’re too high or pass a threshold you set

I have my Apple Watch set up to monitor mine. It notifies me when I have an irregular heart beat or jump.

I like the galaxy watch. I tried the Amazon fit one that was like 30$ on Amazon and it was really not very good lol. The galaxy watch is much more accurate imo. I've also heard good things about apple watches

I use Fitbit because I have to take and similar issues to pots where I do pass out but I don't think it is specifically pots.
