Struggling with Heel Spurs and Plantar Fasciitis, Need Relief

So I have Heel Spurs and Plantar Fasciitis, My feet hurt so bad. I've already had injections in my feet. but nothing helps, hurts to walk and sometimes they hurt just sitting down. Any suggestions on how to help the pain.

I got measured at Walmart for the doctor Scholls insole from the machine and it is like having new feet. Hope this helps. I also wear water shoes (rubber) in the house..never without shoes on while walking
