For me it's fidgets, a comfortable blanket, talking and spending time with friends, and taking more time for the hobbies I enjoy. It's easy to get caught up in the daily grind, so taking a few moments to do something you enjoy helps.

i just got a pop it toy from my local fair and oh my god i’m absolutely obsessed with it, i used to laugh at stim toys and joke that things like fidget spinners were cringey when they first started getting more popular, but i was so wrong. i could use it forever, it scratches my brain in all the right places and helps me stay regulated and calm. i also have a squishy toy keychain i always press when i’m walking if i’m nervoud

A physical outlet. Doesn’t necessarily have to be exercise, but something to get your body moving and doing something.
