I'm working with the Emily Program, they're based in the US and it's been great! I'm actually on a waiting list for a more, greater level of treatment. Depending on your insurance it can be completely paid for too! It may take sometime and a recommendation from a professional but it could be worth it for you! they'll set you up with a dietitian, a therapist and everything else you might need too depending on your level of care needed. :) good luck, you got this!!

My mom told me that whenever you're hungry and you've already eaten recently, drink water. If you feel hungry, have a big ol cup of water. Ive had the opposite of that problem my whole life but there are few times where I do feel extra hungry for some reason and I drink water and it fills my belly up enough to where I don't feel hungry anymore
