Seeking Relief for Fibromyalgia Pain in Fingers and Hands

Hi, I've just recently gotten extreme pain in my fingers and hands from my fibromyalgia. Is there anything I can do to help it? Or dull it?

Braces and compression gloves. It won’t stop it but it’ll ease it up a bit. I also use biofreeze gel or arthritis cream.

Try Voltaren gel. Some say that it does not work but my dr said you need to rub it in deep and use a bit up to 4 times a day. It’s the kind of meditation that you need to keep using. One time does nothing.

I use voltarin, and 2 times a day I soak the hands in hot water. I used to have a hot tub for my body and miss it very much.

Voltaren is great. My dr say to use it 4 times a day and really get it into your skin

The pain in my hands and feet was almost unbearable. My doctor prescribed Lyrica and that really helped with the nerve pain and I use CBD cream for the pain that Lyrica doesn't take away
