Many people with POTS are extra sensitive to heat. Stay hydrated, move slowly, and stay in the shade/cooler air when you can. Also, make sure you stay hydrated. Did I mention staying hydrated? Lol

I do my best to drink lots of water, lmnt salt sticks, and salt chews. I haven’t gotten an official diagnosis yet but my doctor thinks I have pots but I’m going to see a specialist in Stanford at the end of July. Sometimes when I stand my heart rate doesn’t always jump up but other times it does drastically. Always in the heat my heart rate is a lot worse… I have a lot of other symptoms as well.. very bad fatigue, body aches that never. Seem to go away, digestion insides…Does this still sound like pots to you? Sorry to throw all of that on you, it’s just hard with no diagnosis as of now

Summers are awful for me!! I can’t do outside activities because it gets upper 90-110s where I live for months. I have to stay inside most of the summer
