Hip and Shoulder Blade Pain - Seeking Advice

Hip AND shoulder blade pain - I did a simple high kick dance lift 9 months ago, and felt my hip go slightly out of place. I’ve had intense pain in my left hip and a huge knot behind my right shoulder blade ever since it happened. ***Does anyone have any experience with an injury like this?*** I’ve tried chiropractors, acupuncturists, my PCP, PT… cupping was the only thing that maybe helped. my PCP won’t help much. An x-ray showed an L5 pars defect. They won’t look at the shoulder. I have weakness in that hip. Some days the hip hurts more, some days the shoulder. Some days the pain is so excruciating and constant - it feels like what I imagine back pain that needs surgery feels like. And often, this triggers generalized fibromyalgia pain everywhere. Some friends think it could be a QL injury, or maybe nerves. It hasn’t improved at all. I need to find a good masseuse maybe.

So I'm not sure if what I have may be what you have but I found out I have hip bursitis and it's extremely painful and I think there's a shoulder version too but it can be caused by too much / too strenuous exercise sometimes (I think) and maybe looking at advice for that could give help with the hip pain?
