Struggling with Hoarding OCD

Anyone have Hoarding OCD? Where its hard just throwing away complete garbage, like wrappers? Or garbage that has sat around a bit, which makes it harder.

Sounds like my husband- he has issues like that- drives my ocd and anxiety nuts. He has ADD and TBI - according to himself and family he has always been messy and disorganized- he also is an army veteran I can even imagine the drill sergeant checking his room. We plan to talk to his therapist more about this.
