Chai and chamomile work best for me. Ai would also recommend peppermint if you think having a strong smell will help aswell. It's like essential oil and tea mixed into one! Lol

Ohhh I will have to try a Chai next! I am loving a chamomile and mint right now, it has melatonin in it so I drink it before going to bed. 🥰

Peppermint with honey was my go to when I was going through an autistic shutdown and I was mute for a whole week. It was the one thing I looked forward to in my day.

I used to do throat coat tea a lot- even when I wasn’t sick- I just liked the taste as it tasted like calmness I guess haha.. I also used to do magnesium sometimes- it came in a powder form so not really tea but great to help with relaxation
