If it’s prolonged and you have a list of things ask yourself how serious it is and if it isn’t just keep going. If the issues are prolonged and very serious or life threatening. Then get out of there.

It might be hard to talk to others but I always confid in my best friend for these issues. I was have a similar feeling with my nf of 4yrs and I was able to talk through my issues I was having with her since she knew our relationship so closely. It helped me figure a timeline and things I needed to see change in the relationship if I was going to stay. Thankfully things resolved for me.
