Ive been fighting my FND for over two years now. Im too ill to explain or talk about everything at this moment but id love to chat and talk about things that work for us or dont work. If i had to only say one thing, i would try to take an anti-inflammatory or use anti-inflammatory supplements, teas, or foods. I didnt think there was inflammation as it didnt come up in tests but once I started taking ibuprofen and now Celebrex ive seen HUGE improvement. There are more things but im at my limit at the moment ❤️
