If you do a Google search for "adhd screener" you can find some self-tests that can help you narrow down if it's adhd or something else. Of course those tests can't give you a true diagnosis! But if you are scoring very high on those it would be good to talk to a doctor or therapist about getting a diagnosis and next steps

My coworkers and I all think I have ADHD bc hyperactive like one sec I’ll be dead tired and a min later I’ll be going around doing normal work with way more energy and that’s just out of it talking fast moving fast like if I have a pen in my hand and I’m standing still which is rare first off and without meaning too I’ll be Tapping in on the counter really fast and we don’t know why

I knew for awhile I was not directly normal, I could focus but also not I couldnt and still forget a lot of things and general adhd symptoms that the more I looked into adhd the more I felt like I fit into that category to the point I went to get tested and it came back as classic adhd
