I think it really depends on the person. Everyone is different, and everybody has different chemistry. Personally, I find it to be very mild in helping my anxiety. For a panic attack, I don’t feel like it helps me much. Just please keep in mind someone else could completely have a different experience, and it could really work for them. I just wanted to share my personal experience with it. I suggest trying it out, why not? I haven’t found it to have any bad side effects whatsoever. So that is a plus. 👍

I actually was given this to help me sleep since my anxiety could handle being on ambien while my husband is deployed. It actually does give me a calming sensation & helps with the pillow anxiety. (As soon as my head hits the pillow, my brain wakes up)
