Yeah, it's for lighter cases of anxiety. I typically take buspar for worse anxiety

I took it years ago on an as needed basis. It helped when my anxiety was mild. Not so much for high anxiety situations.

It made me super drowsy when I first started taking it. Now it doesn’t, but I haven’t noticed that much of a difference. There was just one time when I had an anxiety attack, and usually when that happens, I am a little shaken up and can’t function as well for the rest of the day. I took the hydroxyzine, though, and I wasn’t as shaken up afterward as I usually am and I was able to be productive during the remainder of the day. I also took it one time when I woke up in the middle of the night in a panic, and I think it was a little helpful then, too. Over all, the effects seem to be minimal, but I have noticed a few isolated incidents where it seemed to helpz

I took it! It helped me. Just take it at night because it's also prescribed the same as benedryl so it will make you sleepy
