Hydroxyzine for Sleep: Anyone Else Feeling Sick?

Has anyone ever been prescribed Hydroxyzine to help fall asleep at night and make your mind stop racing? I started it yesterday and today I’m feeling so sick and cannot get myself to hardly stay awake.

Sounds like you may be on too high of a dose for your body to adjust. I started at 25mg but was way too foggy the next day, so we split it to 12.5mg. I was on that for a long time with 5mg of melatonin.

Sounds like it might not be the right medication for you, sometimes I need to take 75 mg just for it to calm my anxiety…

I was also on it 50 mg twice a day and I would sometimes get drowsy but I was also in other meds, but I never felt sick or unable to stay awake because of it
