Can Hypnotherapy Help with Depression, Anxiety, and Insecurity?

I want to try hypnotherapy to help me be happier overall. I struggle with really bad depression, anxiety, insecurity, anger issues, and feelings of never being good enough, and it comes out in my relationships, especially my romantic one. One small thing triggers me and I get jealous or insecure but to an extreme level and it comes out in unhealthy actions. I want to re-wire the way I react to things, and how certain things make me feel. Is hypnotherapy effective?

I haven't tried hypnotherapy, so I don't know about that. But DBT helped me with most of the issues you mentioned. I recommend you try DBT if you haven't tried it yet.

I second this! I’m currently in dbt twice a week. I’ve finally found a therapist who I connect with and trust fully. Don’t give up! I am in the same boat as you. Best wishes
