This is something you need to bring to your obgyn attention. I have had the same issues and thank God I don’t anymore after having my last child and getting my tubes tied. Now no more long period or bleeding so much no more crystals in my overies. I get my period 2 days maybe 3 and it’s only spotting. Then I’m done. Maybe ask your obgyn what the best option is for you.

I do think that a hysterectomy would be highly beneficial for you. You have to do what is best for your physical and mental health and it may solve all or most of these issues and give you your normal life back.
