Anxious About Sleep Study Results and CPAP Usage

I had a sleep study done last night, due to the fact I've had sleep paralysis 2 times last month, plus my fatigue has worsened. Which is saying something. I feel like I can't do anything! I constantly feel so tired I need to lie down or I need to nap. I am sick and tired of being exhausted all the time. Anyway, I think my doctor might have ordered the wrong sleep test because they said at the sleep study it was to determine whether to get a CPAP or not. I'm ALREADY using a CPAP for sleep apnea (which I told them), which helps a tiny sliver, but barely anything. I'm scared though because during the sleep study, they had me sleep without my CPAP on. This morning they said they never put it on me because I slept fine. I worry that I slept fine the ONE night I needed not to. I'm worried they'll say I don't need a CPAP anymore, and I'll be even MORE tired. I'm not sure what to do... I messaged my doctor, but she didn't respond today, so it'll be at least until Monday before she responds. I guess I just need to vent and maybe have some people who did a sleep study that might night have worked before? I'm not 100% sure if they'll find anything or not yet though. I should in a week or two. This waiting is making me so anxious, even though it's only been a day. I'm at the end of my rope. I'm so freaking exhausted.

The only knowledge I have of a sleep test I have is when my grandpa did one and it didn't go well. Also I kinda want one done I'm trying to learn more about my body if that makes sense. This will probably sound stupid but it'll get better some how.

I had a sleep study done and was told I needed a CPAP. I did another sleep study using a CPAP. I've been on my CPAP for probably two years now and I'm exhausted all the time also. I did another sleep study to see if I had narcolepsy but it turns out that I have idiopathic hypersomnia. So now I'm on Ritalin twice a day to even stay awake. They don't want me driving or anything if I haven't taken it.

I'm still waiting to hear from my doctor, it's just so incredibly frustrating being so tired all the time!
