2008. Nah why be embarrassed can’t change Dx just the outcome

I was diagnosed last year. I was slightly hesitant at first sharing that with others but then I stopped caring because why be embarrassed? It’s just how your body functions. They don’t know or have to know what symptoms you have that come with it so it’s not like you’re sharing anything “gross”. Plus I got diagnosed with being lactose intolerant this year so I’ve just accepted people will see me as the one with the sensitive stomach haha
