I used to have really bad IBS in high school which I believe was directly related to anxiety. No one listened when I said I didn't feel good which made it worse. Now I've managed it a bit as an adult. I'm here if you wanna chat!

I am a long term flip flopper. I suffered with IBS-D for over a year, Now I am back to I BS-D. my symptoms are the dame as everyone stated. The C is ver hard to yreat, I ended up with Emma instead of Probiotics and 3 prines a day. i startex s new med and I cannot eat or drink any milk products. The binder in the new meds is a milk product. so, meds or flip floppin!? I lowered the anxiety med back to 2 pills instead of 3. And like all of you I wsit and see in the Bathroom!

I always get IBS-D, recently I have taken more notice of my symptoms and the pattern it takes and I can physically feel every time I am pre-empting an activity, outing, task, appointment that is upcoming, it directly translates straight into stomach knots and gurgling. This then carries on to become running to the toilet numerous times, pretty much once every 10 minutes or so, 15 if I can help it, until there is nothing left in the tank. Then it becomes endless stomach cramping and gurgling even when there is nothing left to come. As soon as I eat something, the cycle starts again. I find that keeping warm, especially warm socks, shoes, pants and around the stomach area really helps!!

Stomach cramps that start mild, go away, then slowly get worse and worse and I can't actually poop until I'm crying on the floor in excruciating pain, hot flashes, chills, nausea, fatigue, I also get bad like period spotting when it happens??
