Looking for IBS-Friendly Sweet Treats

Hi guys! Does anyone have any sweet treats that they enjoy that doesn’t set off an IBS cramping attack? Right now I only eat fruit but I want to enjoy something yummy without wanting to die! There are lots of little brands that make treats super natural, but all the ones I’ve found all have chocolate or peanuts and I can’t have those :( even processed sugar kills me!

Can you help? Connect today

Maybe oatmeal (raisin?) cookies? You can make them with honey and / or cane sugar and those usually satisfy my sweet tooth. Check pinterest for GF / vegan options if you’re into that. I usually have a sweet tooth that also wants carbs lol. ALSO! Banana “nicecream” is great. Freeze bananas and blend them with vanilla extra and some milk. You can add stuff too. Taste like ice cream basically! My s/o asks for it all the time and he can actually eat regular ice cream 😂 also homemade rice crispies treats 👍🏼

Most of my IBS symptoms went away when I didn't eat frozen dinners
