Looking for IBS Management Alternatives

I wanna know anyone else's experience with IBS and management meds. Right now I'm taking Dicyclomine as needed up to 4x a day. I usually don't need 4 in a day but I have gone up to that before. It's a gut specific muscle relaxer to help with the pain and cramping and the side effect of constipation kinda cancels out my diarrhetic episodes. It works for the most part, but sometimes the pain is just so bad. It makes me feel like I'm gonna throw up. It doesn't even have to be a diarrhetic episode for there to be this immense gut twisting pain. I have nothing to take besides OTC stool softeners when I have constipation episodes so my pain during those just goes unchecked and I have to suffer through it. Just looking for some alternatives to ask my GI about... Preferably something that works for mixed movement IBS, not just diarrhetic IBS.

Try Pantoprazole 40mg. You may need to take more or take it more often, but it actually helped lessen some pain. Also please try CBD or medical marijuana. The second you know you're gonna have a stomach ache, take some, then go to the bathroom, and you're gonna feel a little weirdz but you'll find the pain is so much less and you feel so much better.
