The best idea is to keep a journal and buy small amounts of things to try then. Mark when you have them and any reactions you notice. I had to do it and yes I know it's time-consuming, but it's better than being ill.

My doc had me keep a food journal. We found the foods that made me hurt worse, and the foods that gave my digestive system problems. Keeping a journal for a month or so should help a lot.

personally to me foods are never a problem if I'm lifting and working out but my main foods are dairy too much red meat not enough protein not enough carbs and not enough healthy fats.
