Dealing with Chronic Colds as an Immunocompromised Person

Anyone who’s immunocompromised deal with chronic colds? I can’t anymore with these. They hit me like a train. I’d rather have the flu tbh. I have an important event in 2 days and I can’t cancel. Any tips or tricks? (besides zinc, my stomach won’t let me have any of it)

Can you help? Connect today

I honestly don't even leave the house anymore because of the fear of getting sick. Whenever I get sick my other chronic health issues flair and it causes alot of fear And it is so beyond frustrating! I'm so sorry you have to go through this 💔

Same, Rose. I actually think I got this because a friend came over while she had a cold 🙈 I tried to keep my distance and we were outside, but it obviously didn’t matter

I was trying to send a picture of the box to show u but it won't allow it. Google air borne and you will find a whole lot of different options from immune support to helping with colds
