I recommend looking at your schedule and figuring out where you can lessen your stress in terms of activity. Maybe not change it but like maybe try to get a better resting routine and just say no sometimes if you're tired. not assuming anything but if you haven't done this with any kind of condition it helps to work your life around it. And anyone that doesn't support your new boundaries isn't being kind :)

Keeping my room and fans free of dust is vital for me. I also sleep with 2 pillows so i dont choke on fluid in the night. Only using products and detergents with light to minimal scents. Wearing clothes that dont restrict my chest or ribs. (Ive had severe asthma since birth so my whole life is basically built around it)
