what we do, is we have a shared journal that we all use to share information with others about things that happened during fronts, things to remember, etc

A Shared Journal Helps a lot for communication and in general helping through class work / etc. having everything in one area where everyone can reach it no matter who’s fronting is really important. Another thing I try to do is talk to my friends and loved ones about my alters and when they do switch in I allow them to make relationships with my loved ones when possible. :)

Simply plural(an app for systems) has a thing for making notes on front statuses and they can fill out their info in the descriptions of their accounts.

We have a system journal and use SimplyPlural! Alters also like to talk on Discord using Pluralkit and we can track that, too
