I feel you on this but it's hard when you don't have any energy and food just doesn't taste good tho that just might be depression for me. I hope you are able to and it works for you. All best wishes.

for me I'm worried about my stress eating. I never like, binge eat, but I'll impussivly eat a little too much or eat random stuff.

I highly recommend a food sensitivity test! You can order one online and it's very easy. I just got my results back and it turned out I was eating a lot of things every day that made me worse 🥴 I'm actually trying to be optimistic now since I'll be cutting a lot of things out
