Vitamin D, regular exercise. Socializing. Therapy can be helpful. Making achievable goals.

I find that meditation and journaling help me a lot! I've been dealing with PDD for a long as I can remember. Of course, meds work for the most part but sometimes you have to push yourself to get up and do something productive. This is where the fight begins. I am a loner by nature and find dealing with people exhausting. I do however enjoy being out in nature! For me, I enjoy creek stomping and looking for rocks (I'm a collector), hiking, fishing, biking... anything that will get me outside. You just have to figure out for yourself what will get you up and moving.
