Increasing Salt Intake with POTS and IBS

Does anyone with POTS and IBS have trouble increasing salt? Every time I have something with a high salt level I end up super bloated the next day. I'm not sure how to increase salt intake without upsetting my stomach 🥲

I was diagnosed with tachycardia after finding out I had thyroid cancer. I noticed I have moments when I feel very lightheaded and my chest is very painfully right

Are you consuming high salt foods/adding table salt to meals or are you taking salt tablets or capsules with food? The second option can be a lot less harsh I think and easier, too, but be sure you're getting more than enough water to help your body process the extra salt, 2-3 liters a day I've been told by my cardiologist (usually I aim for 3). I don't have IBS to my knowledge so I'm sorry if this doesn't help and I hope you find a workable solution soon!!
