Can an Inhaler Help with Panic Attacks?

Can an inhaler help with panic attacks if I don’t have asthma? Mine make it hard to breathe, my chest hurts, and I hyperventilate.

Can you help? Connect today

So, it could I suppose, but when u have a panic attack, use a paper bag. Your body can't panic if it doesn't have the oxygen to do so. And I've been there. You can also do the 5 senses when counting backwards. What's 5 things you can see, 4 things you can hear, 3 things you can smell, two can taste, and 1 you can touch. It helps to center your focus on the things you can control

No an inhaler won't help with your panic attacks, chances are they will make them worse. It's all about controlling your breathing, in for 4 seconds through your nose, hold for 4 seconds then slowly for 4 seconds out your mouth. Put green noise on while you do this and you will get to control your panic attacks.
