Has anyone tried Inositol for Diabetes?

I have recently discovered Inositol, does anyone use it? And if so, does it really help like all the sites say it does? I have type 2 Diabetes as well, and it all says that it can help keep my blood sugars regulated and balanced. And can help with my insulin resistance and hormonal imbalance. So I'm just curious if anyone has any good info on it?

I've been looking into Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol it is used in exchange with Metformin (which has never worked for me) but I've yet to try it. Just make sure whatever you choose to talk to a doctor first because it can conflict with medication and they can normally tell if it's right for you

I have been using myo-inositol &d-chiro for about a year and I love it. I feel so much more energetic and complete . My periods are always on time and I've actually ovulated with it . Def worth trying

Yes I've been using it for half a year now and I love it. I've noticed a huge difference with my skin pigment and acne as well as weight loss on top of diet change. It made me nauseous at first but once my body got use to it its amazing. I'm using it with birth control too.
