Struggling with Insomnia and Parenting

It's getting worse and worse every day now, in the last two day I've barely gotten 8 hours of sleep. When my fiance wakes up for work at 8am and I went to bed at like 5am or 6am, I'm up again and can't go back to sleep. I've tried so much to try and ease my insomnia, but nothing is working. Unless I take my two different pain medications, then sure, I'll sleep, but I won't wake up, I need to wake up to manage my daughter's feeds and physical therapy.

I know this is late but I would look up Polyphasic sleep, specifically the Siesta. It helped me a lot with my insomnia.

I'm sure you've tried medications but if you haven't tried diphenhydramine yet it worked really well for me, it's the sleep agent in cold medicine and they sell it by itself over the counter. I think it starts at 50mg but I only need like 25 and I used to have to take trazodone to sleep
