Intermittent Fasting and COVID Recovery

I am getting down to 160, by the end of July, by doing intermittent fasting, walking two days a week and exercising and appropriate supplements, but I am recovering from COVID mild symptoms. Should I continue with my immune boosters or stop the fasting? I’m also taking Collogen for loose skin does castor oil help? Any suggestions please

Sorry no suggestions but congrats on your weight loss. I too am doing intermittent fasting and have lost around 60 pounds so far. I still have a l.o.n.g way to go. 160 would be a dream to me lol

Oh....had COVID recently too. I continued IF. It took my appetite away and I ended up just having soup for about 4 days. Lost 5 pounds that week.
