Yes! And the medication my doctor put me on just made it worse. I can barely sleep next to my husband because we both have it. Not to mention, I crave physical touch so it's not like we can sleep separately. It got to a point I had to quit my job because I would try to clean and within 2 minutes I was drenched in sweat and I wear glasses. They would literally fog up inside a cool apartment. 😥

Yes, I also shiver. One of the worst feelings of panic attacks are the sweats and shivers at the same time

I can relate to this as well, mine happens more in summer but over the years it had shifted into me becoming off balance like an unstable walk, then it triggers sweating!

yeah I had that happen at work today. I went in because I desperately needed to even though I was having the worst panic attack ever. I was at my station and I just felt sweat pouring down my back and legs like I was under a waterfall.
