Hey Lucas, I’m Daniel and have the same issues. I use to enjoy going bowling, outdoors and being around friends but now it’s like I avoid that it’s so exhausting always feeling anxious daily when I try to watch a movie, My thoughts are always thinking about when I’m gonna get better it’s truly exhausting. Have you had your vitamin intake checked they recently found my vitamin d level super low and b12.

Some good vitamins and supplements to take for anxiety are vit d and b12, like mentioned above, but also look into calming teas, like chamomile. Also, fish oil capsules can help and if you really want to take the step up, 5-HTP, which converts to serotonin. Also, you are doing the right thing to get outdoors and explore. Sunshine is great for boosting the production of both serotonin and dopamine. Lastly, meditation. I personally have just started qigong, which is basically tai chi. Just fired off a lot at you, I know, but I struggle with it all as well.
